At the Retail Academy we have a number of staffing opportunities available to cater to the individual needs of each of the brands we represent.
We have a number of full time and part time job opportunities available which require specialised knowledge based on the brands being represented.
Brand Ambassadors
Our Brand Ambassadors are responsible for the performance of a particular brand or brands in a certain location.
Brand Ambassadors maximise sales by providing exceptional service to the customers on the shop floor and are able to specialise in the brands they represent.
The brand management teams work closely with their Brand Ambassadors and discuss potential sales opportunities and how they can be implemented on the shop floor.
Promotional Staff
As well brand ambassadors working regularly on particular counters we also have a top quality team of promotional staff ready to work on a number of different brands. After training on the specific brand/product being promoted our teams are responsible for the success of the promotion over a period of 3-6 weeks.
Flexible counter cover
Shifts regularly become available through staff sickness and holidays and we communicate all counter cover work available through to the consultants who have undertaken the necessary training in the counter in need of cover.
