Who we are
The Retail Academy provides training and staffing solutions to a number of brands in the perfume and cosmetics industry working in the travel retail environment. We aim to develop our salespeople through a variety of different training modules to deliver excellence in a number of areas.

Our salespeople will have access to top quality training material on the area of the beauty industry in which which they work (fragrance/skincare/makeup) as well as the brands they work on to ensure they are knowledgeable and confident in all the products they sell.
